Find some Kryptonite!

In fact, there are some exercises that will help your game together. Run, hit, run all require the same effort. You need your core strength, legs and torso.

The leg strength can be achieved by many squats, lunges, jumps and sprints.
Chest for the poor - not a small bank. It is a good weightlifting workout all softball.
The boards are also good. You can keep some of the changes on the records of interest.
Core - abs, medicine ball routines (or use a heavy bag)
Keep back flat (board into position, but at the elbows and feet flat back - for 60 seconds, rest and repeat the hold), it is difficult, but good for the heart.

Remember, one day off between workouts. One or two months after that and you should be in good shape.
